Already a long standing name in the barbeque arena, yet another quality product has emerged in the Weber 3751001 Genesis E-320 propane gas grill. High quality products are not always accompanied by great value, but this grill is definitely the exception to the rule.
 
The spacious cooking area, measuring at 507 square inches, makes the Genesis E-320 perfect for families. The warming rack provides yet more space with an additional 130 square inches. Three main burners composed of stainless steel supply well distributed heating, manually controlled through the thermostat mounted front and center for easy viewing. With 42,800 BTU per hour input, cooking a wide variety of foods from vegetables to meats is a snap. For the optimal heat disbursement, the cooking grates are constructed of cast iron, coated with porcelain enamel. Since summer cooking also may include steaming vegetables such as corn on the cob or making fresh basting sauces, a conveniently mounted side burner with an additional 12,000 BTU is included to make these tasks easier on the cook. Flare ups will be at a minimum through the special Flavorizer bars; meaning great imprints on meats without charred edges. The Crossover ignition system is electronic; helping to bring on the heat with a simple press of the button.
 
The Weber 3751001 Genesis E-320 propane gas grill is as attractive as it is efficient. Classic black, the frame of the grill is steel, with a black porcelain enameled hood for holding in valuable heat. An enclosed cart with two doors cleverly conceals the areas for two propane tank to be connected and stored below. Stainless steel work tables extend from either side of the grill surface; handy for chopping or holding condiments. Keeping your grill utensils close at hand is important, so Weber has included 6 holders for spatulas, tongs, forks and more. The grill is made mobile using casters; two heavy duty front locking casters and two heavy duty swivel casters located in the back. These casters have provided one of the few drawbacks of the Genesis E-320, however, with some consumers finding them to be less than adequate in their construction of hard plastic.

Accessories for the Genesis E-320 include a full body cover, a rotisserie bar, grill tools and meat thermometers can be added to make for an even greater grilling experience. The cover features large vents on the top, which some consumers have found to be a disappointment as it allows rainwater to enter while the grill is covered.
